Constructs a new flexvector of the shortest size of the flexvector arguments. Each element at index i of the new flexvector is mapped from the old flexvectors by (f (flexvector-ref fv1 i) (flexvector-ref fv2 i) ...). The dynamic order of application of f is unspecified. flexvector-map/index is a variant that passes i as the first argument to f for each element.
