Return lists of DOC's indirect objects: every object to be written, the fonts (from build-font and register-font), the ExtGState resources (from build-ext-gstate), and the pages, each in reverse order of creation. These are for libraries that check a finished document before it is written, such as pdfa; changing the objects they return changes the document.
