Copies the parameter values of model src into model dst, element by element in row-major order. The two parameter lists must have the same length and matching element counts; the shapes may differ. For example, a strict convolution weight [out, in, kh, kw] matches a lazy one [out, in*kh*kw]. The values are copied, not shared.
