Encode to, and decode from, a bytevector. bytevector->cbor expects the bytevector to hold exactly one data item: if any bytes remain after that item, it signals a malformed error rather than ignoring them. To decode a bytevector holding several data items in a row, open it with open-input-bytevector and use read-cbor-sequence.
