Returns #t if the element x in Un is a primitive root modulo n, otherwise #f is returned. An error is signaled if x is not a member of Un. Both arguments must be positive.

> (primitive-root? 1 5)

Error: (primitive-root?) expected coprime arguments; given 5 and 5
